Hours

Coffee Bar is available for private rental 24/7. Rates vary with respect to café business.
Cafe Hours: Monday – Friday: 7am – 8pm, Saturday and Sunday: 8am – 7pm
Peak Business hours are from 7am to 6pm Daily.

Rates

Standard Private and Corporate events fall into a range of $300 – $500 per hour with respect to time of day as well as food and alcohol purchases.

Table/Space Reservations

We are happy to accommodate daily table reservations for groups eating at Coffee Bar. Groups larger than 6 people staying for over one hour may be assessed a small service fee for a reservation; depending on time of day. Groups over 40 people will require an exclusive venue rental.

Food

Coffee Bar can offer our full café menu to private events that require food. We also have cheese($10) and Salumi($12) platters that each serve a tasting size portion for 3-4 people. For more substantial needs we have exclusive outside caterers. Clients can bring in outside food pending approval. A $25 cakeage fee may be assessed.

Staff

Our core event staff consists of a barista, busser and dishwasher. Private events over 25 people will require additional staff at $25 an hour.

Alcohol:

We are licensed and insured to serve beer and wine. Liquor however, is not permitted. Discounted rates will be given for bulk purchases on hosted bars. Outside alcohol is subject to corkage.

Gratuity

In order to give out the door pricing a 20% Service fee is added to all exclusive reservations. This covers staff gratuities, an on-site event coordinator, small wares breakage and event admin.
